This recently fully renovated and lovely 19th century farmhouse is located 2 kilometers from Nizza Monferrato, in the Province of Asti. It is on top of a 450 meter over sea level hill and has a great view over the surrounding vineyards and the Alps.

5 hectares of vineyard, 2 of which with Barbera grapes already in production, 2 with recently planted Barbera grapes, which will go in production in 2006 and one with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah grapes.
