As a user of 3trillion.org (the "Website"), you may submit product information, including the name, description, and photograph of the item (collectively, the "Product Submissions").
You are solely responsible for any and all Product Submissions you upload or post to the Website. By uploading or posting a Product Submission, you represent and warrant that you own every aspect of the submission, that your submission does not infringe any intellectual property or other legal rights or others, and that your Product Submission is not defamatory or otherwise illegal. We may, but are not obligated to, review the Website and/or delete or remove any Product Submissions in our sole discretion.
You retain your ownership rights in your Product Submissions. However, by submitting Product Submissions to the Website, you automatically grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the Product Submissions. You also hereby grant each other user of the Website a non-exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable license to access your Product Submissions through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Product Submissions as permitted through the functionality of the Website.
